Struggles or successes of your week: Bad, bad, bad, bad weekend. I had lot of things to do, few time. I ate outside almost every time. Maybe that's the cause I've lost just a few pounds. Well, it's time to recuperate the lost time.

Loss/gain for the week: 2.4 pounds BABY!
Loss/gain for the month so far: same as above

Struggles or successes of your week: I actually started in Feb at 169.4. I'm walking a lot (got a FitBit for my bday in Feb - the best thing EVER to motivate anyone!), and I'm not dieting really, I'm using a program that focuses on using your mind to overcome the urge to munch. It is a bit complicated, and yet completely simple. You basically train your mind to focus on the benefits of living lean over the consequences of munching or overeating and living lardy. Anyway, I've dieted for many years, and between this new approach and my Fitbit, I've lost 12.2 pounds since Feb 1st (however I was sick last week and ate my way through the boredom of being couch-bound and sadly gained back about 4.4 pounds - but I'm better now and back on track!)

being almost 47 and starting p90x last Monday I'm sore all the time but generally enjoy the feeling of completing exercise every day. Also keeping up with minimum calorie requirements has been difficult with the workouts included in daily calorie calculations

Struggles or successes of your week: happy for the loss, but I was actually hoping for more since I didn't lose any last week. ( I've noticed a pattern in my weight loss - 3 weeks where I lose and then one that I don't). I stayed way under calories and tracked everything, but I think a little too much wine Saturday night didn't help.

Mollie, I struggle with the same thing with my calorie counts but staying way under calories will hurt your ability to lose weight not help.. If you have your settings correct the minimum caloric intake is required to help you continue to lose weight. If you don't get enough calories to fuel the engine it will stall and sit at weight no matter what you do. I am no expert and struggle with my own demons I just wanted to be supportive and encourage you to eat more. It sounds counter productive but it works.
