    Struggles or successes of your week: Struggles: diet wise -not a great week as you can see! I've had a very, shall we say, sociable week especially the weekend and lots of naughty food yesterday! Sucesses: it may not seem like it but this has been a very positive week in my mindset! I'm the type of person who keeps starting a diet and if something goes wrong then I'm totally off the wagon. Wheras this week I have much better perspective. I changed my goal to maintenence briefly and could see I was still >3000 calories under maintenece for the week, and this time I'm finally seeing it much more as a lifestyle change :smile:

    Struggles or successes of your week: I guess I fell of the wagon, I know why I gained the 2 pounds instead of loosing it (chocolate slaps, crisps, cakes making it hard for me to stay at my 1200 calorie allowance) :neutral_face: I'm back on and will definitely have a minus end of this week!

    Struggles or successes of your week: I finally ended a 6-day skid and did great all weekend. I hit my calorie goal every day, kept the water intake up, and got a few workouts in.

    Ive been netting low calories, too low, since i started using my new Fitbit charge HR. Ive been trying to work on it, but still eating my usual amounts (~1600-1800). Also, i started a new position at work.
    Success- i fit into a pair of scrub pants that never fit, not even when i bought them! Its the first time i feel i was able to go down in clothing at all. Yay!
