    Added two additional workouts this week totalling 7.4 x 2 = 14.8 miles
    (2 miles on the treadmill and 5.4 miles on the bike)

    If I duplicate this on Monday as planned, I'm over the top!

    This might actually look at possibility - even with a few lazy days. Mon - Thurs this week say 17.85 miles added. I record mine from the results of my 'fitbit one' - which includes wearing it on my ankle when taking part in my spinning classes and of course, I wear it when doing Zumba. Just get a few dog walking sessions in over the weekend and I should be there!

    Almost there. Fitbit says I'm at: 93.12 miles!

    As it has STILL been cold here near Chicago, I think I will start this challenge on April 1st. Hopefully it will be warm enough next month that I can ride my new bike.

    So still on limited exercise for another 4 weeks. Where I had broken my ankle, the inside is still bruised and filled with fluid. They will monitor and check again in 4 weeks. Oh wells. At least I can do some exercise.

    3/1 - 3.30 miles walking Treadmill
    3/2 - 4.10 Elliptical Machine
    3/3 - 1.0 walk
    3/13 5.5 (3.5 exercise Bike and 2 Elliptical)
    3/16 - 7.0 (6 exercise Bike and 1 Rowing Machine)
    3/20 - 10.3 Exercise Bike
    3/22 - 7.6 (6.3 Elliptical and 1.3 walking)
    3/24 - 7.3 Elliptical
    3/25 - 1.0 Rowing Machine
    3/27 - 5.6 (5.3 Stationary Bike, 2.3 Elliptical)
    Total: 52.7

    For some reason I did not sleep well last night. It has made me sluggish today. I finally did manage a smaller walk (2.25 miles) with my girls...I am thankful for that. Perhaps tomorrow will be a better day.....We all still have FOUR MORE DAYS!!!! :)

    Today has been cold and extremely windy. WHERE is the Spring in that? Brrrrrrrrr
    Tried too walk but the wind cut like ice....1.25 Miles is what we got...
    Did do exercise Bike at least.....................9.2 Miles....

    Walked around the city today so actually got a good amount of miles in.

    Today I participated in a women's bike scavenger hunt with a Facebook group. We did around 15 miles, but didn't have time to make all the stops. It was great!

    150kilometer monthly Strava challenge which equals one 95 mile bike ride/
    It was an awesome day
    I don't know my monthly totals, but then the month is not over yet

    Church Services day....Visit mom day.....Walked my girls in-between 2.50 Miles...
    yesssssssssssssssss that would make it...yes it would...... <3 but I still plan a Monday and Tuesday walk GOD willing..... :)

    Couldn't resist the sunny weather. Still cold and windy, but nice to have sun and no snow, so I walked. Took it slow as I'm not suppose to be walking yet.

    Lord, I think even with good ankles, I wouldn't be able to make half the miles of some of you. Very inspiring though seeing all these miles that you all do.

    Boom! A couple powerwalks later (1 mile yesterday and 2 miles today).. Goal reached!

    30-March: 7.5K - supposedly recovery run ... very little recovery with 12% gradients though

    EVERYONE is doing great! I started walking in 2009. It has taken me all these years too get too where I am. I have heard Rome was not built in a day....lol.....HANG IN THERE. As long as you're moving it is progress and keeps us from becoming couch potatoes...In the long run it is better for a longer healthier life.... :)
