I don't understand the balance of calories protein fat and carbs I set carbs at 25 % not getting enough calories but I feel great

yes thank you I started at 232 last year lost 12 lbs and joined here lost to 179 and feel off the wagon so to speak gained back to 199 and rejoined here last week in 1 week I lost 10 lbs working hard to stay on track lol I will shut up now:laugh:

my sister is a night owl she has adjested her diet to fit her life style she sleeps late so breakfast is 3 pm snack at 530 6pm lunch at 8 pm snack agaain 10 diner at 12 or 1 am wierd but she has lost 45 lbs she walks in the evening and goes to bed around 4 or 5 in the morning what im saying is make it fit your life style.…
