Thanks, I took a quick look at PH3. 4 days a week is usually the most I can get into the gym. Adaptable?

Glad I found this. I used to run SL 5x5 but now do a 3 day PHUL routine and wanted to add something *cardio-ish* but don't love HIIT or really, much other than the stair climber and it's getting boring. LOL! I am def. going to checkout your KB routine. Looking awesome!

Thanks all. I will see if I can get the mats under just the edge of the mat so I can get my sumo feet off of it. I haven't seen any dropping when I'm there a 0'dark-stupid but who knows what happens the other 23hrs of the day.

I have the program but never opened it :o . I hit the gym 3x a week for heavy lifting but need to incorporate some HIIT type cardio. I could go to the gym but since I have these dvd's gathering dust I could just do it at home................. Has anyone just thrown in some Insanity 2x a week, and if so, which workout…

I no longer do SL but I did find that once I switched to sumo DL I was able to lift much more.

Arditarose - I am always amazed by how you can get cuttin'. I am really struggling to cut and this summer was a fail for me. But hey, atleast I kept lifting and so maybe this counts as a *bulk*? LOL! Inspirational, I love your posts :)

I'm doing 4x5 or 4 on DL, 4x5 on squat and 4x5 on bench. Changing it up for my next round sound like a good plan (DUH to me for not considering that). I do have a bit of a fear about increasing my bench and failing as I don't have a spotter but I need to get over this. Thx

I've just finished my 2nd round of PHUL. I like it but find I am going a few weeks without increasing on my power days (DL and bench, specifically). Suggestions -- should I just keep at it? Is there a program I should progress to?

I've been using a mixed grip for about a year now on my DL. I don't *alternate* my *alternate* at all. Is this something I should start doing? I don't really wanna..............but.....will start if it is important.

I skipped squats today in my program and subbed in leg press. I used a wider foot placement and it felt way better. Will try it with my squats next. Thx all.

Age 41, starting weight was 179, current is 138. I tracked religiously to lose 40lbs. Then I started lifting heavy and my weight moves around 1-3lbs any given week up or down. I'd like to cut 10lbs of fat but keep lifting. Slow recomp?? Dunno.

Fun! Age: 41 Height: 5'1 HW: 180 CW:138 LW: 135 GW: 130 I lift 4 days a week. Want to keep building muscle but also cut about 5-6lbs of fat. Ok...10lbs. Hard to do with the appetite that comes with lifting. I have yet to sort out my macros at a level that I can sustain. Also weekends tend to go off the rails for me.

I have Beats ear buds and have tried every size of the rubber ear pieces that came with it and none stay in. Constantly shoving them back in. So disappointed!
