Basically,I think people really care about your well being and don't want you to do the wrong thing in the names of "fitness". Yes, There is alot of sarcasm and anger being said but when you read in between the lines ..people are trying to help you. So we would love to see you reach your goals. Keep me posted.. Be blessed!

I know someone who lost 10 - 15 lbs a week. THis is how she did it..She never ate and whenever she did eat...she threw it up, her teeth turned yellow her hair fell out BUT she lost the weight! I dont recommend this.. I felt so bad for her,tho.

Dont forget that many people in these social networks are not "wrapped too tight" meaning they have a few screws loose...so no matter what you do...there will always be "haters" ..soooo with that in mind..dont let them get to you. THey are not worth it. Keep moving forward. Dont take it personal. :)

I am one who agree with you I am 43 and I work out very intense. I do battle fatigue. all i can do is try to sleep as much as I can...its sad but true!..lol

I keep faliing behind because being a mom is a busy life, however I am doing at lease 100 a day if I cant do the total for the day. Jeans feel good on me..

It bothers me because I can read men very well and I know its being said in a flirty way. I told one my male coworkers that it bothers me and he stopped doing it..Now he dont know what the hell to say to me..lol..

Question: should we be doing squats while our legs are still sore?..I think I need 2 days to rest

DOne...I missed three workouts and tripled up..I think that was not smart because I am still having so much soreness..should I have just started on the current day instead of doing three days in one day? I dont know?.. My Jeans feel loser instead of tighter..Is that strange.. I know that muscle is denser than fat..I wonder…

I notice that people still don't wipe the machines down... the very ones that complain that they should be wiped down..Thats what should be a rule...Dont be a hypocrite .....I have seen it in action..

What I do..Is pray. I am not sure if you believe in God or not, but the pwoer of peace that he gives me helps me to not be aggravated by people, especially those who have an annoying spirit. Find a scripture that speaks to your heart and meditiate on it. Pray for those people who do not have positive attitudes. THis works…

I have recently started weights more, but I will never stop doing cardio!..I love Cardio, but strength training is great for the body on so many levels..hopefully one day I will be living proof..as my goal is to be toned and tight!.

Dont be so hard on yourself.. We support you and want you to love yourself in spite of your oward views of yourself.. Yes you wanna loose weight.. and you will!!..maybe re-evaluate what your eating and be true to yourself when evaluating..maybe thats where the concern is..
