I am so excited! I went to aqua zumba this morning and one of the ladies noticed that I was loosing weight. This is the first person other than family that has noticed. Made my day!

That is awesome! I know that took a lot of hard work and discipline. I fractured my hip almost 3 years ago and had to have a rod put in. Recovery was hard and I am trying to do cardio 5 days a week but have never even thought about trying to run! That is so inspiring! Congratulations to you and happy running!

I fell in love with cameo apples last spring. But I have not been able to find any so far this year. They are juicy, crisp and sweet!
