I have been using the skullcandy ones because they come with a small cover that fit nicely. I just don't think the sound is as nice as even the apple ones that the ipod comes with!

One night I tried to mix an entire bag of it in with my dinner to fill up more. I was at work.....BAD idea! But 1-2 servings anf I'm fine. Just not the whole bag!!! LOL!

Skin is usually clear now without anything special put on it anymore! If I eat bad for a while, like when we went on vacation, I break out! So another upside to a healthy life is great skin!!! Yaaaaaay!!!

I have it but haven't done the program that they have scheduled for you. I just throw that DVD in once in a while and I have to say that the next day my legs and butt are sore!!!!! The guy's kinda a goofball though! It's funny to me everytime I put it in!

I liked INSANITY but found P90X BORING! I couldn't get into it. I love Turbo Fire! But if it's not something that you like doing you won't stick with it. I just wanna say that P90X is a lot slower paced than INSANITY so if you're bored with that, IDK if you'll like P90X or not! Maybe you just need to switch things up…

I did the same thing and I know how hard it is to get back started again. Seems like once I fall off it's that much easier to cheat here and there and never truly get back on track......... I guess ya just gotta get that boost of energy and motivation from somewhere?? Let me know if ya find some and where I can get it!!

I would go by the weight for more accuracy. If you're pouring them into a measuring cup, they could be sitting in there differently each time causing the difference in weight?!?!?! Not sure, but the scale would be more accurate I would think.

Since our family has gone to eating healthier foods, we have almost doubled our grocery bill. Sad to think that it's cheaper to buy a bag of chips or pkg of cookies than it is to buy apples for the week....

Use a HRM monitor for more accuracy. I have a Polar and I like it a lot!!!! Got it on ebay!
