Get your own snack out when they are eating it or else just have a small piece so you aren't craving it all day long and then end up binging on something really bad for you later!:tongue:

I do better when I work out consistently or else I make excuses to not do it. When I start something new I am always sore but once I start working out again it loosens my muscles up and I feel good. I am also 5'4" and hovering around the 125 mark. My goal was 120 but I haven't been able to do it. I also lost most of my chest (down to an A cup) *pout*. I found that I'm still not happy with my appearance. Still flabby so I'm trying to work with weights to get some muscle! We'll see what happens....

Just tell her......Maybe she doesn't know that you're over weight limit on the luggage. It's still your bag and if she needs more room than whatever you had leftover for her, she'll need to pay up. You'll just have to tell her that she can have whatever room's left, but you still need room for YOUR OWN STUFF!

At home, I'm fine because I don't keep that kind of stuff in the house very often. When I do, it's bad.. if you have your goal set to lose weight then it takes your calories down to create a deficit to lose weight. if you don't want to lose, then change it to maintain and eat that amount of calories back. If you workout and enter it in, MFP will give you those calories to eat back so your calorie deficit remains the same.

I guess it's good for when you HAVE to go with fast food, like if you're out of town or something. At least you have the option of a healthier choice. I just want everything everywhere to be LABLED so we KNOW!!
