Got all my calculations entered in and understand that part. Question I have- I'm going to eat my TDEE-15% for weight loss on non workout days. On days I workout, I will eat back enough exercise calories to make sure I'm at least eating my BMR but not to exceed TDEE. Is my goal to NET my TDEE? I think I thought about this…

For those not liking the results from 30DS- If people can see the inches lost on your body and are commenting, that's great! You may not have dropped weight on the scale but nobody but you sees the number on the scale. Inches lost are great and so are your clothes feeling loose! Keep up the good work and don't give up!!! :)

When I wrk overnight I log for the first day until midnight. Then anything after midnight goes on the next day because it's to long to make my cals stretch for over 24 hours awake. It is working well for me. Then I sleep through lunch the next day so it usually works out well.

I broke my front tooth out in elementary school and had to have a root canal (don't try to "jump" speedbumps on a bike if you're not so graceful). The resistance cab;e is the worst. Got it adjusted for my height but after wrapping it around my feet and then unwrapping it, the cords slide all around and I get tripped up in it. I'm just going to use my old one from Target that works great!

I was thinking the same way when I started. But I know they'll get harder and i"ll be begging to go back to week 1&2! I just modified with heavier weights and did some jumping and more movements in the Cardio 1!

As the world's pickiest eater, I will not be following the meal plan. I also am not going to cut calories that low. I'm going to continue with the cal MFP gives me and eat back exercise cals. I get too hungry and go bananas otherwise! LOL!

I started mine on Monday. I might continue what you are doing now and then start on Monday. You only repeat the same workout rotation for 2 weeks each so if you plan to rest on Sundays I'd just wait. That way you will get your full 2 weeks of the first workouts!!

Here are some suggestions! Start with all the modified moves and no weights until you can make it through the entire thing. If you can't do something, don't quit. Just keep moving. I find that when I deny myself something for a long time the binge will come eventually. Like last night. So I'm going to try to allow myself things more often to avoid ruining a weeks worth of work in one sitting! The gum thing doesn't help me either.
