Welcome Mia.. Today I ended up doing fire 55 today for 575 calories.. I just don't like the steps of 60, so I rewind and do an extra 5 min of 55 lol.. I figure if I can't get into it, I'm not going to give it my all! Hope everyone has a good Hump day!!

I noticed on I think its the p90x's abs they have you make a triangle with your thumbs and pointer fingers under your back for some of the abd exercises, so you may want to try that. Just got done kicking my hackers *kitten* while doing fire 45EZ and did 435 cal and its still adding up as I sit and type with the sweat poring off of me :D seems they just made me work out harder and I have my money still in my bank account hehe take that!!
