  • That's a negligible difference, what I would say is that if you're stationary and resting 90bpm is quite high, suggesting that both of th readings you've identified earlier in your post are likely to be quite excessive. [/quote] I had just got done working out. so it was still high and coming down. I was just meaning I was…
  • I know that this thread is old, but I was wondering the same thing, I have a polar ft7 and the fitbit HR which I just got.. I just ran and used my elliptical and then did a few weights.. In 1:09 FT7 reads 591 calories and the fit bit only registered 433 calories. just sitting here my fitbit has HR 90 and the ft7 is 94..…
  • How does it measure your strokes and laps?? I just had to replace my f6 and bought the ft7
  • Wow great work, you look like a different person! Nice way to show your kids how to be healthy!! You look amazing!!
  • Thank you, I work out at home, so don't have a bike, but have the elliptical, which my hip doesn't like, haha, but with it getting warmer out finally, I can get into my moms pool to do laps, so I guess I can do that. Also when time to try to run again, I read to start running again in the grass or where its softer, so I…

  • Wow you look amazing!! I wish my belly looked like that. I didn't have a c-section, but I have three kids ages 11, 10 and 9 and I'm now 43 and still can't loose that lower belly. I feel like I will have it forever... Wish I knew that secret that would get rid of it!! Thank you for posting!!!
  • Nice work!! Keep it up!!
  • This makes me sad that you both didn't see much as in the form of results. Did you have a lot to lose or you just looking to drop a few? I'm wondering if that is the difference. I am just finished with my first month and don't see much in inches or weight loss. I wonder if it really doesn't do much for fat burning
  • For those that have done it, I know I read there was not a lot of jumping... I have a leg injury, do you think that this would work for me? I would say, can't do jumping, running, that sort of thing. I need something to keep me going
  • wow, you look great!! congrats!!!
  • I am coming to the end of week three and I have not noticed any weight changes, nor have I lost inches :( I wasn't going to measure until the start of phase two, but I just couldn't help myself. After reading comments about this being a big fat lose program, how does that work for those that my only have a few pounds to…
  • I did workout 3 Monday and only burned 280 calories with my polar f6. Today I did it again, but this time I burned 346 calories!! not sure why the big difference, The only thing I did differently was workout in my basement as oppose to my living room lol and I used 8lb weights for one exercise instead of my 5s that were…

  • Great job!! Those inches are melting off!!
  • Very nice! congrats on your first level results!!
  • Did day one yesterday, On to day 2 today. My HRM said I did 255 calories burned for the cardio and 215 for the level one. Now keep in mind, I'm still sort of nursing an injured leg, so tried to take it easy with certain exercises. Mine has always been pretty right on, I do have a polar f6 as well, I'm 43, 5'5 and around…
  • I am hoping to restart tomorrow, My leg has been feeling better and I want to give it a go! So I will be joining you in on the fun!
  • Thanks, maybe I'll do the 6 Week 6 Pack, I do have that, I don't want to re-injure it, so I have been very good about not doing anything (although, that's not what I really want to be doing lol) I've not really done Pilates either, and don't have dvds for that.. I feel that I am getting lazy and I don't like that!! Thanks…

  • Yea, I am still in week one in the kickstart, and read it, but I read it on Tues when I got it and then had to wait until I got 2 sets of stitches out on Wed so I started on Thursday and by yesterday, I didn't remember the order nor was I thinking lol I guess if you think about it even doing her 30 day shred, you are doing…
  • I have only been doing it a week so I can't say... but I will tell you not to give up... think that you just spent that $140 and you need to get your money out of it!! If you stop.. no matter your results, you would be wasting that money!! Keep on going, you will see results... :) Could start a text chain ;)
  • I usually have my music on loader then the tv, so I never hear what anyone says, next time, I'll have to listen.. as for the men... I don't mind looking at them all day long!
  • The battery in the watch is replaceable but the one in the band has to be sent back in, if you have the f6, this is why I've held off for so long, didn't want to be without my HRM for 10 days. :(
  • I have the f6 too, I think that when you start to loose the heart rate is when your battery in either the watch or the band is failing, mine does that all the time and then it finally stopped working, and a band is not that much more then the whole hrm :( I started to use my husbands strap and that too when I'm first…
  • I have a polar f6 and I know that my battery in the chest strap is going bad and there are times where it doesn't register my HR. And I only see 00 :( you nay want to check to make sure your hr is registering the whole time.
  • I just started today, so you can add me too
  • I am using 5's, 8's and 10's. as it all depends on the exercise. I try to start with the heavier ones and then if I can't finish with good form, I move down. I do also have 15's but thats going to be a long while ;)
  • Got my DVD's yesterday and started today, Did the workout one along with the cardio one. I am better off doing them back to back then one in the morning and one at night. Since I didn't get the food for the meal plan, I am just going to eat what I have here today. I do have a protein shake made with unsweetened almond milk…
  • phatsoslim, I just looked at your blog and I have to say WOW.. you did a great job on the blog and aall your photos of your meals. You made me hungry even though I just ate my dinner!!! Thanks :)
  • If someone can share day one of the meal plan with me as well, I'm hoping that mine is going to be here on Monday and I can start Monday night :) I love my Jillian Michaels workouts!!
  • Mira, Can I ask what your starting weight was as I didn't see that in your blog and you don't look like you have much to lose like me. I am still waiting on my dvds to arrive, it's funny, I live in northern Ohio and dvds shipped from central Ohio, but went via route of PA lol it passed me right up!
