I tried the first workout tonight and really loved it! I recommend definitely watching the tutorial for form. I did the workout a bit slower most of the time. But I loved it!0

For those that have done it, I know I read there was not a lot of jumping... I have a leg injury, do you think that this would work for me? I would say, can't do jumping, running, that sort of thing. I need something to keep me going0

There is some jumping involved, but I usually modify if my knees are feeling particularly weak. It's much better than the BR Cardio - I just couldn't do all that jumping.0
