Good luck! You've taken the first step! :D
-
I've lost a stone on 1200 and no exercise but I do sometimes go over a little.
-
I don't log mine, it's too depressing! I've gained 2lbs this morning :(
-
I haven't lost much this last couple of weeks but on the days I have lost I've been well over my calories!
-
I'm in :) by the end of April I'd like to be 175lbs. I'm currently 183 and 5ft 4.
-
I have a digital WW scale and while I do think it's fairly accurate it sometimes registers the previous display weight, not the current one.
-
I do this occasionally but I just find weight wise it just puts me back for a few days so I question if its worth it. Not I try to stick to my calories unless it's a special occasion like going out for a meal with family or friends.
-
Usually around the 1st mark for me, although when I first lost weight (when I had a lot more to lose) it was around the 2st-3st mark.
-
I try not tp drink too many fizzy drinks when dieting as I find I feel bloated.
-
I've lost 7lbs in 10 days by diet alone but I will be starting back on the exercising soon as the weight loss has slowed.
-
My relationship with the scale has improved but we have a love/hate relationship.
-
It just depends on individuals, when I first lost a load of weight in my final uni year I lost 35lbs in around 3 months but I has more to lose then so I guess it came off quicker.
-
I would say around 4 months :)
-
I prefer morning exercise too, I have more energy and it sets me up for the day, I find it so hard on a night so try to stick to morning/ afternoon if I can. Different times work for different people though.
-
Great work!
-
Read my previous post :)

I have a WW digital scale too, they're really accurate but I have some issues with them too! The with/without clothes thing I've just learnt to deal with but sometimes if I feel lighter (hope you know what i mean?! Lol) and I haven't lost I do question them. I've found sometimes that the scale shows exactly the same weight…

Just realised we weigh around the same now, I just clocked at 181 - we will get there!!
-
You will get there! I'm from Yorkshire so same time zone :) I weighed 17.5 stones at 19 and definitely get the 'I've ruined my body thing'!
-
You're hot! Well done! Amazing success!

Your meals are all quite big, also, on the days you are exercising usually mfp is very generous with calories burnt so try not to eat them all back.
-
Just had a look at your exercise diary, I NEVER add things like cleaning, gardening and day to day things, exercise for me is dedicated cardio workouts ie. running, cycling, cross trainer, aerobics class etc. Also, the step ups you are logging are calculating a 1300 calorie burn per hour, there's no way this is the case,…
-
Don't eat back your calories, on the days you're logging 1500+ exercise calories you'd need to do at least 3 hours solid cardio to get that kind of burn, I'm talking treadmill, bike etc. If that's not what you're doing then you are overestimating. Agree re the carbs too. Cut out the bread, pizza etc.

I have a Weight Watchers digital scale, it's my second one and both have been really accurate.
-
You're around 7lbs heavier than me and the same height. You look thinner than me though! Just think, some people on here have lost 80/100/120lbs, we need to lose around 30-40, it should be straight forward so let's just do it!!
-
I usually have a piece of fruit for breakfast on the go at work. If I have anything bigger I am absolutely starving all morning!
-
You look beautiful :) you are around my goal weight :)
-
Wow! What a transformation!
-
I rarely drink fizzy drinks, they make me feel bloated and crave food.
-
147 but I don't mind being a little heavier. I don't want to be skinny. I have a medium frame and at that weight I'm a UK 10 on top and a 10/12 on the bottom.
