How do I log a workout on the cross trainer?
I'm thinking it has a different name that I'm unaware of but I can't find it in the mfp diary.

Time of the month...grrr!
So annoying, I always gain, I know it's water weight and it comes straight off but it's not good for motivation! I'm trying desperately to stay away from the scales for a few days!

Just about back on track - small loss.
Only a small 6lbs loss so far but it's a start, I'm determined to keep going in the right direction now!

Hi everyone, I'm back, I lost loads last year on here and then over the last 6 months I've put almost 2 stone back on :( I've started again this week and have been going to the gym almost everyday, good luck everyone!

Hiya, I'm new to the website but lost 13.8lbs so far, 12 of which have been since the 1st May (did a bit of yoyo dieting before then but am back on track!) Nice to meet you all! :)
