Two sachets of Oatsosimple Porridge with 180ml of skimmed milk, usually comes in around the 400 calorie mark and is filling enough to keep me going until lunch.

It does yes, thanks, I will carry on then, I've reached my target so am trying to maintain my weight now so was just thinking about tweaking things a little bit.

I do but I'm asking if others do, reason I ask is because under slimming world they are classed as free foods and you won't pile on the pounds if you eat a lot more of them than you would if you ate more of foods that were less friendly so to speak. Just wondering if its worth it going forward for me and what are the bad…

I've become obsessive with logging of calories/meals but not what is in those calories, if I want to have a Curry or take away than as long as its within I will have it and have lost 14lbs in 45 days so that's working for me, I have been doing Insanity though which helps.
