Sweet Potatoes
A friend of mine recently suggested eating sweet potatoes as part of a clean diet, when scanning the calories I found them to be quite high and wondered if he was right because right now they don't look that much different to normal potatoes. Anyone know?

Basmati Rice
Just weighed out 150g of uncooked white rice which recorded at 517 calories. Surely that can't be right and if so how many of you eat it? Seems a bit high in calories if you are counting.
