Drinking back your exercise calories.

Ok, Summer is coming and that time of year where a nice cold one after work always goes down a treat.

This is my first year of being healthy so say I stick within my calories llimit to maintain and still work out burning 500-600 calories a day, what are the serious downfalls of drinking those 500-600 calories back every so often?
