Kettlebell Advice.

Hi all,
I've just started doing the 'Bob Harper Total Body Workout' Kettlebell DVD and wondered if it was advisable to do this every day or have a days rest every other day?
Been doing Insanity and 30DS up until now and those were ok to do daily but this seems more focussed on lifting weight and not sure what is best for the best results.
Thanks in advance.

It's just like with any other kind of exercise. For lifting, you don't want to use the same muscle groups on back to back days. For HIIT, you don't want to do more than 3 or 4 sessions a week. I don't know anything about Bob Harper's program, but if it's kettlebell swings, snatches, or cleans, those are not "lifting" exercises in the usual sense. They are hip thrust exercises, generally used as part of a HIIT or circuit training workout. If it involves presses, squats, or Turkish get-ups, that's more along the lines of "weight lifting," though I can't imagine Bob Harper is using kettlebells heavy enough to necessitate recovery days.0

Swings can be done every day, regardless of the rest of the workout. They are more core and cardio than anything else.0
