I cut back from 10% cream to 5% but thats all I'm willing to do. I also add a teaspoon of hot chocolate mix to my coffee. I need coffee to function but I'm not a big fan of the taste.

I forgot my lunch today, well actually when i went to pack it i realized that my bf had eaten the leftovers i was planning on taking with me. So its off to the pita pit for lunch. Less the 400 cals for a small grilled chicken pita, so its not bad at all.

I dont have a HRM either so what is did was check a few 30 Day Shred threads and see what people around the same weight as me with HRM looged it as. I found that around 170lb was about 230-250

Poached egg, english muffin and whatever other toppings i have in the fridge, usually 1/2 a serving of cheese and some avocado. Delicious and doesn't feel like diet food.

Iv done it as pushups, jumping jacks, squats and burpies.

I'm on day 6 of level one today and I think its a great program. Its only 20 mins and its a good burn. Also as someone else pointed out all the videos are free on youtube

I know they are a little expensive but the top i bought from Lulu never rides up. AS well i found a great workout top at the costco that is cute, cheep and fits great! PS I have a ridiculously long torso so shirts are usually my problem

Personally i think flat and toned is the most attractive, that being said beauty/attractiveness is totally subjective. If you feel more confidant with abs then you are probably more attractive based on that confidence alone.

3rd year law student here! Find it super hard to get motivated to work out after 6 hours straight of class and readings... but im gonna do it!
