I love my polar ft7 for tracking my calorie burns. I understand that the chest strap gives a more accurate report of calories burned than other products that you just wear on teh wrist.

Lobster Mac and Cheese (with all the butter and cheese) and a side of spicy salmon sushi

I haven't had any problems with mine. Quick slightly off topic question, Who has used their during swimming? I have started doing shallow water fitness and id like to use it but im chicken that it might ruin it.

Probably one of my favorite foods. Great snack is to chop up half an avacado, some cherry tomatoes and a green onion, sprinkle with salt pepper and lemon juice.... soooo yummy

I cook for me and my husband and I weight it dry and then split it into two when its cooked. Its to much effort for me to weigh it when its cooked and then weight out the portions

I make my own breakfast sandwiches 1) I poached egg + egg white 2) 1/2 slice of cheese 3) 10-15 gm avocado 4) English muffin All together under 300cals and tastes great! I usually make a couple of days worth so i can just grab one as im running out the door in the morning

love my ft7!

Roasted chick peas are a great crunchy snack. Just open the can, drain, rinse, dry, add 1 teaspoon of oil and your favourite spices (i suggest curry or taco seasoning) and roast in the oven until crunchy

Starting back at the gym now and possibly adding in the 30 day shred in a week or two.

Wow Fantastic Job! You look amazing!

I bought myself a HRM as a reward for finishing the 30 Day Shred, was a great motivator for days when i just did not want to do it

Exercise 100%. Imperfectly happy eating 1350 cals but forcing myself to work out takes all of my will power. I think its a time ting for me, it doesn't take any extra time to eat healthy but workouts have to be scheduled to fit into my day.

I feel your pain, I'm in Kingston ontario and everything is covered in ice. I so wanted to get on my bike today... guess not... stupid mother nature

AWWW!! My heart just melted. Congrats on your transformation and for having such an amazing guy!

I usually work out around 9, any later and i have trouble sleeping

eggs avocado Whey protein That pretty much sums up my breakfast every day. I stir a teaspoon of chocolate whey into my coffee instead of sugar, adds 4 grams of extra protein to my day and it tastes great!

Anything with fish will be terrible. I remember having a frozen dinner that was supposed to be salmon and rice, it was more like saw dust and glue. SOOO unappealing. On the other hand i had one of those steamers that was pretty good (for a frozen dinner anyways), sesame chicken I believe.

Wow! Amazing transformation!

I will fight you for him... he is the perfect man!
