I do an in home party type of direct sales as well, and I agree I think you really have to love the product you sale for others to want to buy it. Have you talked to your friends & family? That’s how I got started off a couple years ago. Also facebook is a great way to share (I know some companies don’t allow that though)…

we did the same thing for Mother's Day beer can chicken!! It's super moist and I only eat the breast so the calories are low but way yummy!! Lean steaks grilled as well as pork chops. We also grill squash, zucchini, & asparagus

Swam 10 laps And today was great, we cooked dinner as a family (grilled steaks, chicken breast & stuffed jalapenos) then the whole family went to the gym together & finished our visit there with a family basketball game (since the courts were empty) Had a wonderful mother's day!

I'm over 200 pounds and like others I use a Heart Rate Monitor (HRM) with chest band. Yesterday I did a 60 minutes Bodypump class and it was 485 calories burned (this was actually lower than normally because they did a new routine and I was unable to do part of it) I then did 40 minutes on the elliptical machine burned 462…

I love beer!! :drinker: If I know I'm going to have a couple I just make sure to work out & burn some extra calories. Normally 3 draft DosXX is the perfect amount for me and that's 390 calories which is only about 45 minutes on the treadmill.
