I bought one that was almost $100 couldn't figure it out for nothing, nor could my husband or 3 co-workers. Found another one Sportsline 660 for $55 at Wal-Mart with chest band, I LOVE it!! Super easy to use and I've learned I burn way more than the machines say I do.

5 or 6 times a week, I have a hectic schedule with 2 kids playing sports and working full time, but I manage 2 bodypump classes a week and at least 3 more days a week for an hour of cardio, one of those days I add the weight machine & do 30 min cardio. Once I reach my goal weight my plan is 2 days bodypump 2 days cardio.

Unfortunately my Monday, April 15th was packed so I was unable to complete the challenge and then yesterday I wasn’t feeling well so I took the day off which means April 16th challenge was not met, however I have reviewed the video for today & will complete the 100 punches!
