  • After tripping over my dog while running & breaking my wrist & elbow, I purchased a halti & a short leash (2ft?). Worked like a charm!! No problems now, you must let the dog get use to the halti & do not give up on it to soon. Good Luck!
  • The first thing I would recommend is buying a heart rate monitor. It is invaluable in monitoring how hard your working. The biggest mistake I see in the gym are people watching TV, reading a magazine, etc.. & not paying attention to how hard they are working. I constantly challenge myself against my target heart rate. • After working out for 8 days in a row I was actually excited to get on the scale thinking I would have lost weight. Nope, gained a very discouraging pound. The scale is back in the closet and a pair of tight jeans are hanging where I can see them so I can try them on weekly and see the results of my efforts. Nothing…

  • Unfortunately, the only way to "spot reduce" is liposuction. Also, wherever you gain weight first, will be the stubborn place to lose the weight. Keep up the diet & exercise, be patient, & it will melt away.
  • My niece has been doing the slim fast plan & has lost 60lbs. However, she is not married, without kids, so it made it easier for her. My concern is when you reach you goal & start eating regular food that the weight does not come back on.

  • Just started today & hoping this is the motivation I need to get back on track. I did well by myself for awhile but I really need help to keep going & get back on the wagon that I fell off of over 2 months ago. I am committed to exercise but am having surgery this Friday so I will be out of commission for 6 weeks so I will…
