The PB2 I like I can only find on Amazon. The name Is PB2, my sister found some at BJ's (can't remember the name of it) but it had a higher fat content. The one I use has 1.5g of fat, she found one with 4.5g, not that big of a difference.

When I go out I usually stick to vodka and soda water. It does the job and with a lime it's really refreshing :).... Stay away from the flavored stuff though, they have to add syrup for flavor which just means more calories!

I look up the calories before I eat, and think, do I really want this? I didn't realize how many calories I was eating at the end of the day when I should of been reversing it! I feel guilty if I don't jog that day. I've inspired my roommate to make healthier eating choices (although she's a twig!)

I crept the resistance up on myself, I could feel the burn in my thighs no doubt but I just couldn't seem to get my heart rate up as high as running. I will see if I can play around with it tomorrow along with the rowing machine.. Thanks for the suggestions everyone :)

Dessert idea, if i'm really craving something, I bought a package of Chobani "champions tubes" and i'll throw them in the freezer, has 1g of fat, 70 cals, 8 sugars and 5g of protein. Other then frozen strawberries in ice water it does the trick for me! My sister likes other types of yogurt that are still greek with protein…
