Lots of fat and protein! I regularly fast about 18-20 hours a day and eat in a 4-6 hour window. I eat veggies cooked in coconut oil, lately ground beef has been quite satisfying, eggs, avocado, been eating a lot of cheese lately, and I have a weak spot for chocolate so I end up eating several spoonfuls of coconut oil mixed…

Sometimes when I get the insatiable urge to much I will pop a piece of strong mint or cinnamon gum or dip some veggies in some super hot hot sauce. It knocks my taste buds so out of whack that munching isn't nearly as desirable anymore.

This has become a real problem for me, as well! I'm in! I seem to wake once, usually twice a night after 12. If I snack, I ruin my appetite for breakfast in the morning. I don't want to find myself munching past 12!

Wegmans has giant slices of pizzeria-style pizza. A slice of their pepperoni is 470 kcal. I would log that, myself.

I usually whip something together where I pick a grain/pasta/potato, whatever veggies I am craving or just need to be used, season, and top with an egg/tuna/cheese. For example: last night was brown rice with leeks, garlic, peas, salt, pepper, dill, pepper flakes, garlic pwdr, 1-2 tbsp plain yog and a squeeze of lemon…

Salad! Mixed greens, spinach, broccoli slaw, red onion, strawberries, mango, feta, tuna, and balsamic vinegar!

You look great! Keep up the good work!

Congratulations! Quite an accomplishment! You look great!

I have the same problem!!! I can't figure out if it's my body saying I need to eat more or if it's just stress eating. I have been waking in the middle of the night a lot lately, and that has never been a problem before. But the pb thing has been a problem that comes and goes for me. So frustrating!

Pepperidge Farm has a whole line of whole grain breads that I am in love with. The 15 Grain, Ancient Grains, and German Dark Wheat seem especially hearty to me, but I also really like the Oatmeal.

I don't know anything about the diet, but I would like to suggest that maybe a 'kickstart' is the least effective approach. Perhaps slowly changing your diet would be a better way to get lasting results and form habits that will stick?

I go through phases, but some favorite bfasts are smoothies that usually start with 1/4-1/3 c plain yog, 1 froz banana, then depending on my mood maybe 1/4 c oj, 1/4 c fresh or frozen fruit, cocoa pwdr, cinn, etc and 5 ice cubes in a blender. I mix and match and end up with different smoothie flavors all the time! Also, I…

Red lights Watching/hearing my husband eat potato chips Uncrushed milk jugs in the trash can My cat's obnoxious cry I could probably go on...

Elliptical is my usual, sometimes I run outside but it hurts my knees to do it too much, and the thought of the treadmill makes me want to cry.

It normal to fluctuate up and down 1 or 2 pounds from day to day. I have noticed myself that it depends on different things, like what time of day it is, when and what I ate last, when I used the bathroom last, if it's that time of month (I always go up 2 lbs then), if I got in some really sweaty cardio, etc. I wouldn't…

Whenever I get the urge to eat because I'm bored (more like procrastinating...I don't have time to be bored) or stressed, etc, I have to stop myself in my tracks and think to myself what am I doing? Why am I wrecking my body? I deserve better and I have self control. I have to snap out of it and just go DO something,…

I've got tips for baking! You can manipulate recipes in sooo many ways it's nuts. First and easiest thing is sugar. You can reduce it by half and shouldn't notice much of a difference! Sub half unsweetened applesauce for oil. Fat free yogurt for sour cream, etc. A lot of the liquids are interchangeable, like yogurt, milk,…

Cream of wheat is just as good at room temp. It gets a little solid, so you may have to mix something in (I would do milk, but you can get creative: mashed banana or avocado, fruit juice or pureed fruit, non-dairy milk, etc). Idk if you can chew soft things, but if you can you could make an avocado egg salad and put it on…

I've been meaning to try making a rice pie...seriously!

I think my 21 month old twins are robots. They go nonstop like little energizer bunnies. They crawl, run, climb anything and everything, feet first, face first, and if they fall they get up and do it again. I swear it's like they never tire or stop! The places they manage to pull their bodies up to is unbelievable!

My husband eats a lot of junk, so I understand how that is. I make a grocery list for myself and our boys (they're only 21 mos old so they eat what I give them) and then I tell my husband to write down or text me his list. More to the point though, staples on my list are milk, eggs, plain nonfat yogurt, 1% cottage cheese,…

I have a problem when I'm at home and I'm either procrastinating doing something or just bored (like I don't have enough to do). I just need to keep moving. I figure this: either I can have a clean house and be slim or a dirty house and be chunky. Sometimes that's enough to keep my hands out of the cupboard, sometimes it…

Toss the veggies and fish in a baking dish with a little water and whatever spices you want and bake it for like 20 min at 450. That's what I had last night and it was really good! Even my 19 mo/old boys loved it. Oh, haha, I just noticed someone else made the same suggestion.

I kind of have different answers for this; I guess one is long term and one short term. Over the last several years I have cut sugar slowly out of things. At first it was forced, but now it's because things are too sweet (even though I'll down a pile of fudge without blinking). I went from using a couple of spoonfuls of…

I always have a snack planned for after dinner (that's the time I tend to go off track). I decide early in the day what I am hungry for and it works me up for it so I look forward to it. Then when I get tempted I remind myself that I need to save those calories for my snack later or I won't be able to have it and will be…
