  • My recipe isn't very flashy, but I actually enjoy it: 1 cup water 1 scoop EAS vanilla whey protein 1 tablespoon orange gatorade powder 1 teaspoon creatine - optional Blend and add lots of ice cubes. The colder the better! Enjoy!
