100% whole wheat is just that. 100% whole grain. Breads that are labeled "multi-grain" can contain anything, including white flour. Check the ingredients on any bread, no matter what claims are made on the label.

Yeah, that's kind of how I feel about it. I've done a lot of research on juice vendors and try to buy the highest quality I can, but no one really knows how safe they are since there has not been any long-term studies. But it has to be better than smoking.

I quit smoking a little over a year ago. I have an Ego-C by Joytech. It is a tank system and you can reduce the nicotine over time.

Yeah, I've added hip thrusts too (along with squats and deadlifts). They really do help! I'm no longer a tall girl with a flat butt.

Why so much cardio? If you are trying to improve body composition and weight training you don't need to do all of that cardio. Also, how are you tracking your exercise calories?
