Mostly gym, for the access to more weights and equipment. Plus, I drive by it on my way home from work so no excuses. Sometimes on the weekend I do cardio at home.

Sounds like my friend. First is was body wraps, then some ridiculously expensive snakeoil pills, and this week it was "water with lemon". But will she ever track calories or go to the gym with me? Never! Too hard!

I'm boring. Every weekday I take my breakfast to work and it is almost always Greek yogurt, berries and a quarter cup of Grape Nuts. On the weekends when I have more time I have bacon, a veggie omelet and toast. Like I said, boring! But I like it that way.

I plank for about 60 seconds right now, since I just started back at it about a month ago. I keep to 2-3 during my weight training sessions. I don't really count them in my calorie burn.

Jello! I can't stand the texture. That goes for jello-like jam, and even some cheesecakes when I can tell they contain gelatin.

Wrong. Yoga does that. High reps and light weights makes you toned. Every one knows this!

Speaking only for myself, if I see a skinny guy in the free weights area I might look him just to make sure I lift heavier than he does. I have no idea what others think about it.

Abs are made in the kitchen. Seriously, losing the weight in your belly is at least 80% calorie deficit, and usually the place on the body where we carry most of our fat is often the last place we lose it. Keep doing what you're doing. You've done great losing 30 pounds so far! Keep it up, and have patience.

I was bored with doing cardio, so I started doing dumbbell complex workouts instead. When I do that I'm too busy sweating and cursing to be bored.

Whatever you do, don't lift weights because you will get bulky and have big thighs!!

I like their bags of organic kale and spinach. Very convenient for quick meals. Also, all of their nuts, because they are much cheaper than Whole Foods, etc. And this isn't food, but their coconut oil body butter is awesome and only $4.99 where I live!

You can creep mine if you want. I do have the occasional if I'm running late for work, but for the most part I eat real food.

I'm 5' 10". I've got about 20 pounds to lose before I start trying to add muscle, but I've always been a hard gainer because of my long limbs. Feel free to add me.
