I do the same thing!! sometimes the 'lady-branded' workouts don't involve as much strength training- which is something that I want!

I have issues with binge-ing. My definition of binge: eating large quantities (of anything) past the point of satiation, could be any kind of food- from rice cakes to reese's cups.
