Personally I have a better experience with more veggies (green) than piling on the protein. Try a smoothie with a handful or two of spinach, and apple a banana and some ice.

I wouldnt worry about protein or calcium, plenty to be had in a vegan / vegetarian diet if you stay away from the processed junk most tend to float to.
