I started the program on a Tuesday, with Monday as my rest day. In addition, I also walk around my work building for 30-40 minutes a day Monday through Friday. I did this workout for the first time. Today. At 4:37 a.m. Before work. Vicious is a gross understatement. I almost couldn't make it up the basement stairs.

I am trying to figure this out too!! I am halfway through week 8. I love this program, but I miss using heavy weights. After this, I am leaning toward P90X Classic Version (if I can find the time....the workouts are at least an hour long....yikes).

Hi everyone! I started Body Revolution on Tuesday, February 26th! Today is Week 4, Day 3 and I am feeling really good! There is a reason why I started on a Tuesday instead of a Monday. I walk the floors in my work building twice a day for (at least) 15 minutes each time. So Monday through Friday I am getting in about 60…

I started my workout on a Tuesday....so today is my rest day. It forces me to do some sort of exercise every day (I also walk around the building at work for 30 minutes a day Monday thru Friday). Tomorrow I will be starting week 3. I'm a week ahead, but if that's okay, I'm in!!
