How Long Should I Wait Between Programs?

Hi everyone! I am currently in week 10 (out of 13) of the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution program. I would like to start P90X when JMBR is done. Any advice as to how long I should wait before starting P90X? Should I just take a rest day in between the programs? Rest for a few days?

    definitely a rest day or weekend at least. do you get a rest day at all with the program? because rest days are definitely necessary to prevent injury.

    I'd rest just because that sounds nice after 13 weeks! You could always do another form of (light) exercise in between those days

    I started the program on a Tuesday, with Monday as my rest day. In addition, I also walk around my work building for 30-40 minutes a day Monday through Friday. Some days I walk the floors and the stairs. On the days when I am feeling tired or lazy, I just walk in this big, open room (no stairs :bigsmile: ). So I guess I do some form of exercise every day of the week.
