Just do a little something every day for the next 21 days! I started walking about a half mile at first but I made sure I did it everyday! The every day is more important than the what, how far or how long! You will build the habit then start setting your daily and weekly goals to increase the activity!

I have found more help and motivation from right here than from my coach. I kept getting hammered with the shakeology to the point I gave up on the group that I was in and went searching and praise be I found y'all!

Inches are better proof then pounds! You are building additional muscle there for your not seeing a change on the scale! Your additional muscle will burn additional calories daily and soon you will see the scale move also!

It is a great program to reprogram your mind in what and how much we should be eating! You can find a lot of the information online. I used just the information gathered online at first because I did not want to spend the money. I was having such wonderful results I decided to purchase the package.

Your not logging any water! Water is very important to fat loss! You need to consume no less than 64oz a day!

You need to see a doctor or chiropractor! Your knee could be out of alignment and/or the tendon that runs down the leg from the knee could be injured. My husband just went to the dr. for the same thing. His tendon is strained, dr. gave meds and exercises to improve the knee function. Please don’t wait to long!
