I have a smoothy first thing then some cereal after my run/work out. If you struggle getting up early try getting up 30 minutes early for a week then adding an extra 30 minutes each week till you hit the target time.

It's what I was doing to start with. If I knew I was going out and wanted to have a few beers I'd make sure I had a nice long walk in the afternoon. I don't hate anything. I'd like to eat more vegetables though and juicing seems like an easier way to get it in my body rather than eat bowl after bowl of veg every day. I'm not cutting out and replacing with juice just adding juice to my diet

I got my first juicer yesterday and made an orange, carrot and ginger juice which was amazing. I had it with a completly raw dinner and felt so energised all evening. I'm looking forward to getting some green juice on the go

I may start adding a bit of a jog to my walk. I'm now walking at a speed that if I go any faster I would be jogging anyway. I like getting outside so don't see myself joining a gym any time soon. Maybe tomorrow will be my first day for a run....

Wow so many comments. Thanks to each of your it really means a lot. The amazing thing is how much I'm enjoying exercise I never thought that would happen. I guess it's the whole life style choice thing rather than a diet or anything weird like that.

I'm bake for fun so may not be any help. I enjoy the baking side of things so much and I make sure I don't eat much of what I bake. I also trust my friends and family to let me know when it's not up to scratch. I'm hoping you have employes/coworkers that can do the same.

I log as I'm preparing the food. Though I have my main meal for lunch so if it's big I just have a small dinner or have a longer walk so I can have a big dinner as well. Kyle

I've been having a protein shake to start the day revently and find it fills me up for the morning. Well I have that, some fruit and some breakfast biscuits. I've been veggie since I was 18 and wasn't healthy. I am being healthy now though but I don't think being veggie will make you healthy. Just make sure you eat a balanced diet and you'll be fine. Plus animals will be better off so everyones a winner :)
