Ive gradually put on a stone since my first year at uni (now in 3rd year), but i feel quite muscley and im getting really toned using the results with lucy workouts but my weight isnt shifting except fluctuating 1 or 2lbs, my boobs have really grown too. Im 20 :) Im working on losing about 20lbs which Ive gradually put on since starting hormonal contraception a year ago. Come on we can do this :)
