Obviously talking to him would be BIG.... but when I got those cravings, I drink some tea & have an almond thin cookies, even the chocolate covered ones (yummy) are 20 calories a piece so between the warm drink & sweet cravings, I am usually good or berries & fatfree cream works as well

Popcorn (minus the butter) is good option when the vending machine demon strikes.... other than that, hummus & pita or hummus with any veggies such as peppers &cucumber is good & convenient to eat @ work. try different flavor hummus with ur carrots, so u don't get bored of it.... Brianna, will have to try the zucchini…
