I forgot about the Fiber One trick. Wheat Germ is another option.

Don't forge the flour and milk that probably thickened the gravy.

It is an individual decision. I won't do them. For a couple of reasons. First, there is strong possibility it would set me up for derailment. If I do eat something I wouldn't normally eat (like going out for the kid's birthday and having pizza, I am physically ill. My stomach and intestines, not to mention my mind are…

Usually between 6:15 and 6:45 am. Prior to eating or drinking. Oh and must be in my undies. That's it.

They do make whole wheat panko bread crumbs. Ian's is the brand name I am aware of. http://www.iansnaturalfoods.com/breadcrumbs.html

The 97/3 ground beef or turkey is about the same. Give or take 10-20 calories. I think it would depend on the brand. I would get what is on sale and your family likes.

I take it you aren't going to PF Changs. But this link might give you some guidance. http://www.pfchangs.com/menu/NutritionalInfo.aspx

I would request steamed veggies, chicken. If they offer brown rice get that. Otherwise get a small portion of white rice. Personally I would be reluctant for stir fry because of the amount of oil they may use to stir fry. I am not sure of calorie content but I was thinking hot and sour or egg drop soup might not be too…

I agree. My stomach doesn't tolerate beef anymore.

Well it depends on what type of beef or ground turkey you are talking about. We don't eat ground beef anymore. I haven't bought in years. I get 93/7 ground turkey. They do have an even leaner ground turkey. Jenny O has an Extra Lean ground turkey that is 99% fat free. But that is more expensive in my area. So I buy ground…

Clean your ears too.

I agree. You set the example. Unfortunately, we know your sister will crash. :(
-
Trail Mix and granola you would think are healthy. But not necessarily. You have to be careful of what is in them.
-
The only thing I will buy at Aldi is fruit and veggies, maybe ground turkey. I pretty much have not found anything else there to be what I consider healthy.

I weigh and record my weight each day.

The food processor jumps around a bit at first. But let it go and the frozen banana becomes a creamy consistency.

I have been at this a year now. Everyday I am still "I didn't know that!" :noway:

Nope. that is incorrect. Fat is ABOVE the muscles. Muscle burns fat. Does that make sense?
-
Never mind. I see you don't want pasta type dishes. Sorry.

What about Tofu Shirataki? I had these the other day for the first time. I kid you not, they were awesome! I had the spaghetti version. http://www.house-foods.com/Tofu/tofu_shirataki.aspx

I agree with you! Well said!

I gave up diet soda early last summer. I am so glad I did!

I am not sure about the upping of the carbs when you work out. I would be more inclined to up my protein intake on those days. Not the carbs.
-
I would say 100 cal for 5 golf ball size potatoes. It is very confusing. LOL I know the little bitty potatoes you are talking about. Those are very yummy.
-
So since we are talking about frozen. Did you know you can make ice cream out of frozen bananas? All you need is a food processor.
-
Oh for gosh sake! I was being silly.
-
Cause you didn't ask. LOL
-
Bravo! Well said. :flowerforyou:
-
Probably golf ball size or a little bigger.
-
But what is the ounce or gram? I think the OP is taking about the tiny red potatoes. Not the larger red ones.
