Anyone have a recommendation for an Iphone App to log cardio, strength training etc? Um, hopefully free or cheap. LOL Right now I am putting it in notes, but it is a pain to type everything out each time. I would rather fill in what I did. You know lazy. LOL

Feel Guilty about NOT working out
I have gone to the gym 4 days in a row. I am debating on whether I will go today because my daughter has PT (hubby would drop me off at the gym since we are a one car family). A part of me says, rest. But other part screams Guilty! :frown: Anyone else feel guilty when not working out?

Exercise and increased hunger?
So I have kicked up the exercise routine a notch. But I am noticing I have the munchies after a workout. Is this normal? All I have done since I got home from my workout this afternoon is pace and want to eat. Which I really do feel hungry. But I don't want to eat too many calories and go over for the day.

Is it possible to have shin splints in one leg and not the other? What about arch pain? I increased my walking speed yesterday from 3 at 3.5 and I started to hurt. I actually had to go back down to 3 in order to finish.
