Okay, I fell of the wagon. But I am ready to get back with the program. I weighed myself this morning and I am up 3 pounds since June 30th.

How do you get back on track when you have a slip up? I know I was very frustrated with my lack of progress and that contributed to it. But my clothes are getting tight and I don't like it. I feel frumpy. Which is an EWWWW feeling. LOL

Totally understand. For some reason, I just can't get focussed this month. Hoping today is the day I get back on that wagon. I'm setting just 2 very simple goals to accomplish today. Need to feel some sort of success.

    1. Drink 64 ounces of water
    2. Log my calories today.

I have been very depressed about life in general. I think this contributed to my lack of motivation. The frustration is I haven't made progress since January.

Oh I'm sorry. Are you feeling overwhelmed? From your name, I'm guessing you have 3 kids? Can you get help/back-up of any sort?

I think that is part of my problem right now. My husband has been overloaded at work and kind of left me as a single parent. And don't really see it changing anytime soon. Very hard juggling everything.

From a progress standpoint, what are you doing for exercise? Or is it more of calorie intake kind of thing?
