I just started it yesterday i see lots of ppl having success in just a few weeks in so im just curious if any of you are also following the meal plan or just staying within your daily limit and eatting other stuff?

Several. but the one that really sucked was when i i finally spent the money on my first pair of silver jeans and then they got too tight after all that money spent. now they are too big but i still have them for a pic once i reach my goal.

I like using the new egg beaters cinnamon french toast or maple blend on weight watcher bread with 2 strips of chicken bacon:)

rock climbing? mini golf? shooting range walks in the park or beach i think are underestimated!

A fitness instructor at my gym told us that if your doing cardio you don't need to eat but you can before your workout but wait atleast 60mins. but if your doing weight training you should eat because it's a different fuel source and your muscles need it. She's ripped so I believe her :)

Yeppers. And the face cards were 10, 11(Jack) 12(Queen) & 13(King) . Glad everyone likes it. I lied when i said easy workout though lol i meant no need for equipment just some space on the floor. My trainer said its good to do something like this every couple of weeks or once a month. Next session.. we are using the dart…

Awesome 3 weeks and what a difference then eh. I know its helped my waist as well for sure . Im so sad summer is almost over and winter is comming I dont think ill get to run much unless I get to an indoor track or use my treadmill which I hope will help thanks it really is life changing. I even run with daughter in her stroller some days too :)

I do agree its about the quality of calories your eatting for overall health.

I took it for 10month and my last two I was weened off slowly not to relaps. I had success, no mental health issues. The dry skin and itchy dry nose was the worst I got so ya since it is a strong drug it doesnt hurt to check with your doc about it to be sure . Might need some moisturing lotion . :) Goodluck

awww sry to hear that. oh yikes thats not good im sure there are plenty of other activities you can do. but if not i wish ya ll the best. theres still lots of time . happy shopping when you go to Vows:)

ooo nice yes that helps atleast seeing what style you like and it'll give you more motivation too. I think i found mine but im holding off a few more months til i can lose a bit more.. Your off to a great start. What are you doing for exercising?

Well i did it! hated to leave i was enjoying it, I have some work to do forsure but my recovery time got better further in and I started to find my pace.:) going again tmr ...weather permitting ;)

Thanks for the idea and your words of wisdom!!! Love it !!!! :) MFP has the best supporters i've gotten so much great feed back I wish i was home now so I could just get up and go for a run. I will probably have to read all these again come monday when i make my first attempt out doors. :)

Awesome advice from everyone!!! as long as weather is good Monday morning will be my first run. there's a cute little storm pond just down the road from my house with a paved trail and surrounded by house. I got some tunes but anyone got any suggestions that'll really rev me up, I run better with music for sure.

Thanks sooo much for the feed back. I know the hardest part is stepping out that door. Im starting my days off tomorrow and hoping to get up really early before my fiance has to leave for work so I can be home with our daughter. Problem in this town everyone is up at like 4am for work. I even bought meself "nice workout…
