I know it sounds micro manage-y, but we all tend to overestimate our consumption when we eyeball it, and the best of logging intentions can be for naught if you're underestimating your portions. Day 3 had me doing the zombie walk too.. I did day 4 today and feel mostly normal. This was the first day I could get thru all the butt kicks also! Re: breastfeeding, I calculated my tdee and add 300-400 cals in cardio daily, so it adjusts my macros. Some people add it as negative calories in their snacks, but it doesn't adjust your macros that way. Also, make sure you're drinking extra water to account for working out and breastfeeding. L1d4! Did it with the step sons (age 4 and 6). the youngest gave up at the warmup windmills! I did one real push up and made it thru the cardio without stopping!

I bought a pair of designer goal jeans last week. They're a 15 but fit like a 13, which is quite a bit smaller than I am now! But I will wear them for my birthday!

That happened to me too. I lost about 50 lbs over the summer of 2011, then found out I was pregnant in September. Gained ALLLL my weight back, plus an extra 20 lbs. My best advice, stay healthy during your pregnancy! It will make things so much easier afterwards!

I take a similar supplement that absorbs extra fat using a specially formulated dietary fiber, but doesn't cause loose stools or leakage lol. But I only use it after particularly greasy/high fat meals (which are few and far between these days).
