If you will look under food then to the right there is a recipe calculator. it allow you to put the ingredient of your recipe in and also have many serving that recipe if for, it will calculate a single portion for you. Hope this helps :-)

Stay encouraged :-) you have received some good advice. You can do this, you are doing this :-). One of the things in addition to some of the comments you received so far that has helped me, I end my eating earlier in the evening :-).

iam on week 3 day 2. I did this last year but had to stop becuase of a heart issue. Now that is fixed and her we go!!! I feels wonderful to run across that finish line. You've got this WOOHOO :flowerforyou:

I started about 8 months ago doing interval I am 57, i really feels great...I have found a group that I can do intervals with and that helps to keep you motivated. Most town have such groups :-). Good Luck!!
