I am a little confused because of all the information, however, i believe i should be eating 1000 calories, 70 grams of protein. I have set up mfp to track the calories and protein. Wondering if that sounds correct?

improving walking time
Hello Everyone, I have completed the c25k program and really enjoy doing it, I have started another one and getting much faster and stronger with my running interval, however; my walking interval are not good. They are dragging my time down. Can you help me with my walking intervals? Thanks Much :-)
