Take pictures! I am only down 8lbs and I don't feel it in my clothes or see it in the mirror...but today when I compared pictures I started to see it! Got me more motivated

I was so excited when I compared the two photos because I don't think there is a noticeable difference in clothes..Definitely more motivated now that I see my body starting to change! Can't wait to see what happens after another 6 wks!
