    Today I had instant oatmeal with a tablespoon each of PB2 and chia seeds. And a banana a little later, before I went to the gym.

    1/2 cup egg beaters
    1/4 cup black beans
    mushrooms, onions, red peppers and spinach

    1/2 whole wheat english muffin
    about 230cal
    so filling and soo good!

    Tomorrow:
    3 scrambled eggs with bacon, bell peppers, red onions and mushrooms

    Yoplait 100 Calorie mixed fruit greek yogurt, Nature Valley 10g protein bar, coffee and creamer. Love it. It gets me to lunch time.

  • I make a turkey bacon "pizza" on sprouted grain bread.

    Toast the bread, throw on 1 tbsp tomato paste, some basil, onion if I have any, spinach, a ripped up slice of turkey bacon (that I microwaved for 30 seconds), and .5 oz fresh mozzarella. Throw it under the boiler for ~6 minutes.

    I have had 2 of those every morning for almost a year now, haha, love em!
