Dumbbells. You don't even need a bench really.
-
I would do dumbbell squats with the dumbbells in shoulder press position. You won't be able to hit the same amount of weight but IMHO it's higher intensity at less weight with the dumbbells as you end up engaging additional muscle groups more effectively for stability. Alternatives can also be deadlifts. Sumo squats with…

Ok, I'm pretty sure you're just being sarcastic now. If not, let's all hope your are for your sake ;)
-
As long as it's not like a frothy beer unless it was just you spilling a pint in the loo.

Yet you are clueless as to how diuretics work and sit there claiming that protein is a diuretic. You can claim all the collegiate degrees in the world but it still doesn't change the fact that you've been sitting their claiming that protein is a diuretic when it isn't has never been scientifically shown to be a diuretic.
-
Lack of EXCESS of bubbles on a regular basis is an indicator of optimal pee ;)
-
I guess we can be cannibals then.
-
Yet you have shown to have ZERO understanding of how diuretics work. I mean, for goodness sakes, you literally gave one of the most ridiculous explanations of diuretics and even went as far as claiming that protein is a diuretic. That's really really really far far far far far from reality. At this point, I will just have…

HA HA HA HA HA. I thought you were from a chemist background, you should know that they are chemically the same! They get broken down to the same basic sets of amino acids.
-
I've found that if one is on a high fiber and vegetable heavy diet, that the inclusion of some fat rich foods goes a long way in keeping yourself regular ;)
-
Some fat does leave the body through your urine but mostly, fat comes out in your poop.
-
If your pee is white, you should see a doctor. Ha ha ha. Protein powders will give your pee a tint of yellow. If you eat beets, it may give your pee a pink colour. That's about it, but white is not a normal colour. Ideal pee colour is yellow hay that is clear with very few bubbles. That's when you know that your kidneys…

Not at all. If you take multi-vitamins, you should drink more water than the recommended 60 ounces a day. I mean, you're calling protein a diuretic when diuretics just cause your body to purge out water constantly. Diuretics do not make your body purge out water for the purpose of processing nutrients, diuretics just makes…
-
You do. Practically all nutrients comes out in the pee. Even solid food, it gets broken down, the nutrients gets filtered out in the kidneys (thus you need a proper amount of water which you need to scale accordingly to the amount of nutrients you are taking in). Everything that comes out of your poop is non-digestable by…

See, it's STUPID studies like the following which are leading to misunderstandings about protein and dehydration: http://advance.uconn.edu/2002/020429/02042904.htm See that study? What they did was up protein intake but water intake did not scale with it. So if your protein intake goes up but your water intake remains the…

Depends on ones diet. If one is taking in supplements, it's a good idea to drink extra water, at least 1/2 ounce per pound of body weight. If you do not drink enough water, the body will keep recycling the water it already has causing extra strain on the kidneys (it's essentially re-filtering over and over again).
-
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA. That's the funniest thing I've ever heard, implying that unused amino acids gets turned into poop. HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA.
-
Goodness knows, can't tell what is sarcasm and what isn't on this thread anymore. I mean, someone just claimed that protein is a diuretic. It's not, it's nutrient rich thus when you have a nutrient rich diet of ANY sort, you need to drink more water because for the body to extract the nutrients, it requires water. Same…

Yup, that is the correct formula. Reason being, fiber doesn't get absorbed in the body so it doesn't turn into anything. It comes out in your number 2s.
-
It doesn't cause dehydration. LoL.
-
Double lulz.
-
Lulz.

Your previous explanation makes absolutely ZERO sense. Dehydration is the removal or absence of liquids. For that to happen, the liquid has to literally evaporate into the atmosphere. The other way is to freeze it in which it solidifies but unless your body is operating at your freezer temps, there's no way for that liquid…

It's also ridiculously hard to get fat off of protein powders unless you're using a weight gainer which has at least 1.5 x's more carbs than there is protein in it (as it's the carbs which will put on the mass).
-
Then please enlighten us that without evaporation into thin air (outside of the body), how does the water or liquid content magically disappear to cause dehydration.
-
That new liquid then gets reprocessed through the body and gets turned back to water again so that the kidney can use it to filter out waste and excess nutrients which the body does not need.
-
Ha ha ha.
-
To be perfectly honest, a tablespoon or two of butter a day isn't really bad for you at all if you look at it from a nutritional POV.
-
I eat like half a bar of chocolate in the middle of each of my workouts :P

More like 5-6 hours at most for it to fully digest. Usually it would be fully digested and in your bloodstream at around the 4 hour mark. Also, yes, almond milk and peanut butter is not going to slow down the absorption. Someone else above had also mentioned that casein will keep you fully longer, this actually has more to…
