Well done!!! I lost 28lbs last year and then hurt my ankle so put some back on. I've just started to try again as I'm determined to look good for my holiday in July. What's worked for me is weighing portions of food and eating plenty of vegetables. I eat fruit, but don't overload as it's full of natural sugar. Exercise....if I don't exercise I don't lose weight no matter how well I'm eating. Hope that helps... :)
