Don't count spices or coffee (with sugar free creamer). I usually eat under my 1200 calories unless it is my cheat day so I am not too worried. I am losing but hit a plateau so now I am fasting 2 days a week. I feel good about the time I take to log in the foods that I do and don't want to feel overwhelmed.

I am a Miller Lite girl all the way! I allow myself to have a few on Friday and Saturday night!

Can we say moderation?! If you want a burger (loaded) have one but only once a month or so! I LOVE fried chicken and could eat it everyday for every meal but don't instead I let myself enjoy fried chicken once a month or so.

I began the 5:2 yesterday! I have been steadily losing since I started MFP in April but I have hit a plateau so hopefully IF will help with the last 10 pounds. I also started strength training exercises as I noticed I was loosing my butt!

Stress is a big factor as well as sleep when it comes to weight loss. I am on a 1200 calories a day plan and I am losing fat not water. Speaking of, make sure you are drinking lots of water as it helps to flush out fat!
