Arizona iced tea. It reads beautifully at around 50 calories, if you get the actual TEA ones, then it smacks you with the three servings. Ever look at the sugar content? If I drink the whole thing, I'm throwing off my sugar ratio intake. I'm trying to cut back because I have a serious sugar problem... lol

I'm 5'5" and I weigh about 150. My new goal weight is 130, the last time I weighed that low, was when I could barely eat... but I'm also built with a lot of thick muscle, so I'm hoping to cut down on that and stick to a healthy eating plan.

I'm a Coca-cola fiend as well! I used to drink one 32 oz a day, sometimes twice! I now just use it as a treat for days when I'm out walking around, no more just drinking it at home. My biggest problem, is my husband and I love junk food, especially Taco bell's things. We don't stop ourselves from eating it, we just pay…

I'm 5'5" and weigh about 150. I'm looking to just cut down to 140. At my height that's still technically above what I "should" weigh. You have to realize weight is much more than the pound sign at the end of the weight scale, it's attributed to how much muscle, how you feel in your clothes, and what you're looking for.…

I'm 5'5", and weigh 150 lbs. I am just looking to get back down to 140 if I can. The last time I was below that weight was when I was too sick to eat. Just depends on your muscle mass and what you're looking for from your body.
